Vincent Costa began his career in 2000 at 24 years of age working as a commercial real estate agent in Woodbridge NJ. Diving head in, Vincent learned to prospect door to door calling on business owners to see if they were looking to expand their retail business. Vincent mapped out retail centers throughout central New Jersey scouting out landlords and businesses alike. By 2002, Vincent Costa moved over to the residential side joining the exciting team at YHD / Foxtons Real Estate. Vincent started out as a floating listing agent covering listing appointments throughout central and northern New Jersey and wound up being the lead listing agent in Union County and the northern parts of Middlesex County. Over the next 3 years, Vincent became the top sales agent in the company with over 500 sales in every county in Central and Northern New Jersey. After completed 150 hours of course work Vincent obtained his NJ Brokers license and was promoted to Regional Sales Manager where he ran the largest office in NJ covering 5 counties in Northern New Jersey. Vincent grew his office from 10 agents to over 60, completing over 1000 transactions a year making it one of the largest and most successful real estate offices in all of New Jersey. This was during the housing boom of the mid-2000s. However, once the recession hit and major upheaval came to the real estate world, Vincent Costa had to adapt and move on from the now-defunct Foxtons-US. Vincent Costa joined RE/MAX in 2011. With offices in Metuchen and Bernardsville, RE/MAX Competitive Edge is ideally situated to cover all of Central and Northern New Jersey.
