About Sue Wilkerson
Sue graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in agriculture, which set the tone for the rest
of her life: hands-on. She and her ex-husband ran an agricultural trucking company for eleven years in
California in the historic town of Woodland, outside Sacramento.
Sue started with Coldwell Banker in 1999, and launched her brokerage, Terra Venture Real Estate, in
2002, transforming to RE/MAX Crossroads in 2012. Her 26 year experience goes directly to work for her
clients, providing them with the expertise of a full-time broker who is truly in touch with the industry
around her. Sue began her personal crusade to renovate Ogden in December 2003 by committing to
build a historic-style home on Jefferson Avenue. The four-square home won the 2004 Parade of Homes,
due to its historic, unique appeal.
Sue believes so strongly in renovation of Ogden, in May 2006 she purchased the Heber Scowcroft
Mansion at 24th & Monroe in Ogden. Re-painting of the outside was completed and the inside was remodeled and restored.
The mansion is a National, State and Local Landmark and Sue treasures the building’s history. In addition, Sue owns ten additional
investment properties in Ogden and surrounding areas, and assists many clients with investment properties.
Sue’s passion is selling real estate, all types. With a strong, practical commercial background, her
approach to buying and selling is that it can be fun and trouble-free for the clients. She loves to assist
clients in making a transition from one home to another, getting the timing right for a seamless transfer.
