Jennifer Wagner Griggs is a native of Statesville, North Carolina. She is a graduate of Statesville High School (1997) and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2001). Her professional background includes experience in advertising and marketing, consumer affairs, resort services and property management. Jennifer has been a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina since 2009 and specializes in single family residential, new construction and distressed properties. She is a member of the Canopy Multiple Listing Service, the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

As a real estate agent, Jennifer applies her expertise, ethics and market knowledge on a daily basis. She exemplifies compassion, energy, integrity and organization into every detail of each real estate transaction. Jennifer loves working with people and considers herself an enthusiastic member of the community.

Jennifer has lived in Washington, DC, Winston-Salem, NC, and Telluride, CO. She has also traveled extensively both in the United States and around the world, and includes Australia, Italy and Vietnam as favorite destinations. Jennifer is married to Richard Griggs, also a Statesville native and the Director of the City of Statesville Recreation and Parks Department. Together Jennifer and Richard share their home with their son, Grayson, their daughter, Stuart and their dog, Merle. Jennifer enjoys cooking, reading, going to concerts, traveling and spending time outdoors in her spare time.
