Hello. I’m Heather Srodek, and I believe in HOME.

I was drawn to real estate due to a passion for providing a true customer experience and a love of history, architecture and the human condition.

I was raised outside of Cleveland, Ohio in Lakewood, formally known as Rockport Township. Lakewood was the first suburb west of the city of Cleveland and was part of the Connecticut Western Reserve, situated on the shores of Lake Erie.

This area is known for turn of the century homes that offer homes filled with quality craftsmanship, charm and character.

The Cleveland area, in general, is sprinkled with homes of character stretching along the Lake Erie shores and south. The area is rich in historical architecture and having been raised in a home built in 1911, I have a true appreciation for and a desire to help keep old homes alive and well as we make our way through time.

I thoroughly enjoy touring and marketing these homes as it gives me a sense of purpose. In order to know where we’re going, we need to understand where we’ve been.
