About Tom Fisher

Tom, a third-generation real estate professional and eighth- generation Carolinian, holds a Real Estate degree from the University of Georgia and studied Urban Planning in Australia. After working in business development for a boutique brokerage in Athens, Georgia, he moved to Charlotte’s Eastover neighborhood in 2017. Tom joined Corcoran HM Properties that year and has been a consistent top producer since. In May 2024, Tom and his husband purchased an 1871 Italianate Victorian in Tom’s hometown of Salisbury, NC. Managing homes in both cities, he balances high-end market expertise with small-town insight. Outside of work, Tom is a Director of Dancing with the Stars of Charlotte, Inc., a 510(c)(3) organization which has raised millions of dollars in support of local charities that work to advance equitable access to healthcare. Outside of work, he enjoys studying architecture and historic preservation. Tom is a golf and tennis player who enjoys traveling with his husband and their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
