I believe the place you live has an immeasurable impact on your quality of life – and I want to help people find their perfect place. I have been involved in historic preservation, historic house renovations and Richmond’s civic associations (and generally fun lifestyle!) for over 30 years. Richmond has dozens of historic neighborhoods each with its own character and benefits.  I would love to help you explore Richmond and Central Virginia and find the neighborhood and home that is right for you.

I moved to Richmond after graduating from the University of Virginia. Since then, I have renovated 5 historic houses, been involved in historic preservation, and navigated the Virginia Historic Tax Credit and City Tax Abatement programs.  I live in one our 15 Old and Historic Districts and serve on our Commission of Architectural Review.  As a realtor, integrity and hard work are non-negotiable in my business.  But also, having fun and learning about our city are important to me too.  I work with The Steele Group, Sotheby’s International Realty. Our team is known for its decades of experience in real estate and our extremely high level of customer care. We are dedicated to building long-term relationships with our clients. In fact, about 85% of our business comes from past clients and referrals.
