Lou’s journey started in New Jersey, then Massachusetts and since 2008, the historic low country on the Georgia coast. In that time, he has owned homes of all ages, including some restorations. He has been a Realtor® since 2003 on Cape Cod, in the Savannah market from 2008 to 2018 and currently in the coastal Georgia low country communities of Brunswick, the Golden Isles of Saint Simons and Jekyll islands and historic St. Marys, a port city that has historic roots back to the British and Spanish naval engagements prior to the beginning of the American Revolution.
Lou has a certificate in home staging and is knowledgeable in all architectural styles from Colonial to ultra-modern. He is the listing agent on a home built in 1801, the Jackson-Clark house with a history dating back to President Thomas Jefferson and including Major Archibald Clark, Aaron Burr, and General Winfield Scott.
