About Caroline Donaldson

Born and raised in (downtown) Columbia, SC, Caroline graduated from Hammond School where she was very active in athletics, playing basketball, volleyball and softball. She attended Presbyterian College where she played one year of college basketball before turning her focus on academics which led her to graduate Cum Laude with a BA in Elementary Education.

Soon after college, Caroline gained her greatest blessings in life which are her children, Ansley (25) & Bryce (23). As a stay-at-home mom for 8 years, she became very experienced in customer service, negotiating and trust. Little did she know how much this would help prepare her for her future endeavors.

From 2013-2021, Caroline was employed by the SC Chamber of Commerce where she managed a Board of Directors consisting of

CEO’s & top executives from across the state as well as managed the Chamber’s office & administrative staff. Her various roles and responsibilities at the SC Chamber required her to be organized, detail oriented, confidential, customer focused, a good communicator and willing to do whatever it took to make the Chamber successful. 

Caroline married her husband, Scott, in 2013 and together they have 6 grown children and 3 grandchildren. Scott, who is also a realtor, had encouraged Caroline, for years, to get into the real estate business as he saw her genuine care and concern for the well-being of others, her work ethic and her attention to detail, all of which are qualities that are critical to be successful in the industry.

In her free time, Caroline loves to spend time outdoors either relaxing at the beach or hiking through the mountains when she is not attending a college baseball game as she is a huge supporter of her nephews (who both play college baseball) and her brother-in-law who coaches college baseball. Caroline also loves live music and loves spending time her twin sister, Jenn as often as possible. She values family and her friendships tremendously.
