I got into the real estate business because I love old houses and like helping people buy or sell the properties of their dreams. My experience began when my husband and I bought our first house, an expanded ”trinity,” on Panama street near Philadelphia’s Fitler Square. We replaced the kitchen. updated the bath, and otherwise tweaked it to bring it into the twentieth century. Other houses followed, and I now live in Talbot County in a house dating to 1865 that I rebuilt from the ground up. 

Buying or selling a house can be daunting, and my calm demeanor and broad knowledge has helped many people through the process. I get quite a lot of repeat business, and am particularly adept at the marketing and presentation entailed in listing a property for sale.
