Shannon’s first home was a two-story 1911 fixer in a historic district in Long Beach. Upon becoming a Realtor in 1998, she began focusing on helping home buyers and sellers with vintage homes in Long Beach and surrounding communities. Long Beach has more than a dozen distinct historic districts and a variety of architectural styles.
