A nationally registered landmark, the original Victorian at 2147 Tremont Place has deep Denver roots. It was designed by noted architect Frank Edbrooke for the famed Tabor family, who were the home’s first residents in the 1880s. The B&B also includes the adjacent historic home at 2151 Tremont Place for side-by-side opportunities. Under the stewardship and curation of the current owner, the Queen Anne has evolved into a distinctly modern, art-inspired operation with eco-friendly practices, local sourcing, and a uniquely creative flair, with rooms individually designed and crafted by area artists. The outdoor grounds are an urban garden oasis with hundreds of blooming ornamental plants, many featured in the gourmet breakfasts, which are often served in the serene courtyard. Urban but quiet, this property is ideally located at Downtown’s edge and is an easy stroll to the Denver Convention Center, Performing Arts Complex, 16th Street Mall or Coors Field. The peaceful, leafy neighborhood setting is across from the gorgeous Benedict Park and surrounded by local shops and restaurants. Keep the Queen Anne running and capitalizing as-is, plus the flexible zoning allows for endless options to modify, transform and personalize its uses, including short-term rentals, group living, own/occupy, corporate retreats, events, retail, restaurant/bar, office, add/split properties. What’s more, there is plenty of parking, garage space, and an alley to accommodate visitors and guests. Discover more at www.tremontplacedenver.com. The Queen Anne Urban Bed & Breakfast with its myriad of business possibilities is a treasure and a royal find.

“Top-Rated Bed & Breakfast property has everything you’d expect from a good downtown Denver B&B. Within reasonable walking distance of the 16th Street Mall and other urban attractions, its side-by-side Victorian houses open up to reveal old-style hospitality, served in lovely old rooms, some of which sport vaulted ceilings or city views. But it also runs on a streak of modernism: Proprietor and trained chef, dishes out lovely breakfasts based on locavore principles (there’s a big garden in back in the summer, where guests can dine outdoors), and green and eco-friendly standards are observed throughout the inn, right down to the organic linens and low-flow toilets. To top it off, accommodations also feature a series of super-urban rooms decorated by an edgy stable of local artists and designers. For visitors hoping for a real city experience, it’s an excellent launching pad.”  WESTWORD – BEST OF DENVER

Built in 1879 and 1886, the Queen Anne was originally occupied by the Tabor family. The doors were opened to the public in 1987, when the Queen Anne became the first urban bed and breakfast in Denver. The two side-by-side Victorian homes have been quiet observers of Denver’s birth and growth throughout the years.Conveniently located within minutes from downtown, we manage to keep a calm and peaceful environment as the city springs into high rises around us. Benedict Fountain Park is located directly across the street from the B&B, creating an open, natural, space. Both the Queen Anne and the park form an oasis of peace in the middle of a rapidly developing and happening city. It has become a favorite place of rest for both leisure and business travelers.MISSIONThe comfort of our guests and support of our community are our top priorities. We pledge to provide the finest service and facilities to our guests, and to support our local economy through use of their goods in our hospitality. We are actively aiming to become a zero-waste property in which everything is recycled, re-used or composted to reduce our impact on our environment. The Queen Anne experience refreshes the spirit, instills well-being, satisfies our guests, and supports the Denver community. At the Queen Anne, we don’t believe that comfort has to be sacrificed to create a sustainable, eco-friendly stay. Here you will find the best of both worlds.

OUR GARDEN & COMMUNITY TABLE We take pride in keeping our gardens green and in bloom for as long as the months will allow. Many of our breakfasts are made with fresh ingredients from our herb and vegetable plants, which add color and wonderful aromas to the garden and your meals. In collaboration with Produce Denver, a local gardening business, we are growing 100+ varieties of vegetables, fruits, and herbs right here at the B&B. Fresh flowers and comfortable lounge chairs make our shady retreat the ideal place for a morning cup of coffee or reading a book. Join us at the community table every morning and at happy hour to share stories with fellow travelers.
