Historic Savannah Foundation selects a buyer based on the strength of a multi-faceted proposal. The application can be submitted on-line. A scoring system with a 100 point scale will be used to judge each proposal. (25 points for bid amount, 25 points for past experience with the rehab of historic structures, 25 points for intended end-use/preservation plan, 25 points committee discretion)

This property is being sold in as-is condition with no warranty, and will be subject to a conservation easement in perpetuity. Historic Savannah Foundation will maintain oversight of exterior alterations as per the easement, as well as certain significant interior elements.
