There are 4 large suites and one fully furnished one bedroom apartment that serves as living quarters for the owner or manager. The apartment also has a full kitchen, full bath, laundry, living room and dining room.

The common area in the Dr Hertich House has a coffee bar, 4 tables, breakfast items and games plus an additional full bathroom.

There is a fenced in back yard with patio, fire pit and multiple flower gardens.
