Many productive Black Walnut trees and a productive 140 year old Yellow Transparent apple tree (June-July fruit). Firepit. Water is supplied by a well. Septic system. Above ground root cellar. Large kitchen. 2 dining rooms. Large laundry room with large adjacent storage room. 3 rooms with whirlpool tubs. 2 miles from the original Mast General Store. Property has been operated as a bed and breakfast inn since April 1998 but *****owners are selling as an unfurnished historic residence**** However if a buyer is interested in purchasing the property as a business with most furnishings including the website (which has been online since 1998) then this can be discussed. Buyers could use one of the largest guestrooms, such as Highlander, as owners’ quarters if run as a B & B. Owner will consider an owner financing arrangement at 40% down. Approximately 2,800 feet in elevation. Owners’ 3,000 sq. ft. residence is on a separate adjacent 1 acre lot which can be purchased separately for $325,000 (See residence photos at www.flickr.com/photos/bairdhouse).
