In real estate, Melanie Woodward believes, the most important interactions between clients and agent aren’t the deal making or the negotiations but the conversations that solidify the relationship.
“I really like getting to know people,” says Woodward. ”I like getting to know about their families. I’m truly interested in what’s going on in their lives, and when they find the perfect home, it’s as much a thrill for me as it is for them.”
Melanie is a native of Huntingdon County. Before getting her real estate certification in 2012, she was a full-time mom for her two sons, both of them athletes, and ran her own house-cleaning business. Her husband served for seven years as a U.S. Navy storekeeper and now works for the U.S. Postal Service.
Melanie and her family have lived in Camp Hill Borough for 15 years. She entered real estate at the urging of a lifelong friend, RSR Realtors Partner Jamie Berrier. She has helped buyers find homes in varied central Pennsylvania communities, including Camp Hill, Hershey, and York.
She strives to be available at any time, because when a home becomes available, “you have to jump on that house quickly.” Her goal is making sure that each client feels special.
“From Day One, I have wanted every one of my buyers to feel like they’re the only person I’m working with,” she says. “I’m never too busy.”
