I was born and raised in Arkansas and have lived in the Natural State all my life. After graduating from college, I worked in advertising and publishing in Little Rock. I moved to Eureka Springs 20 years ago and purchased a Victorian home with a lodging license. Over the years, I’ve owned a lakefront log home on Beaver Lake and several Victorian homes in the Historic District.
Whether I’m working with a first-time home buyer or an experienced investor, my primary goal is to provide my clients with current market information, insight and creative solutions that allow them to make the best possible real estate decisions. I realize every transaction represents one of the most important purchases my clients will ever make. I take every measure to unsure there is clear communication with all parties and work diligently to surpass my client’s expectations. I’m going to do everything I can to promote and protect your interests.
I am knowledgeable about city codes, zoning and ordinances, and I’ve gone before the planning commission and city council to assist buyers with purchasing properties. I’ve been selling real estate in Eureka Springs for 18 years and have been a consistent top producer selling a variety of properties.
Currently, I live in downtown Eureka Springs and believe in giving back to the community by volunteering time and supporting community organizations. I currently serve as board president of Main Stage Creative Community Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting lifelong learning opportunities, to provide a place for programs that enrich community life for Eureka Springs residents and visitors, and to be a cornerstone for the revitalization of North Main Street as an Arts District. I also serve on the board of directors of the Eureka Springs Carroll County Board of Realtors and have served as a board member of Good Shepherd Humane Society.
