Raised in Newburyport, Kevin returned to the area in 2005 to begin a career in residential development. He quickly discovered that his passion lay in helping others navigate the buying and selling process. Over the past 17 years, his extensive knowledge of home construction, his local insight, and his “service not sales” attitude have led to a devoted client base. Kevin was the Top Producer at Century 21 then Keller Williams before launching Fruh Realty in 2019.

In 2021, Kevin was the #1 agent in closed units for Essex County and is among the top 1.5% of agent nationwide. With over 500 homes sold and $350M in closed volume, Kevin is recognized annually by Real Trends | WSJ as America’s Best.
