After graduating from college, Jane worked for the West Virginia State Travel and Tourism Dept as a marketing Specialist, from there, Jane traveled extensively throughout the United States working for a seismic exploration company, then settled into the real estate profession for the past 30 years! Jane started Old Spruce Realty in 1994 in Snowshoe, WV. She has held a West Virginia, Michigan, North Carolina, and Virginia real estate license but have sold primarily in West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina. Having owned restaurants, malls, campgrounds, several large farms, and rental companies along with her husband, G Scott, she has experienced many aspects of real estate – from every angle! Jane believes they have a strong personal knowledge and really do understand the impact enormity of investments, not just in marketing property for sale but from a buyer/seller vantage also!
