Over the past 18 years of owning my own brokerage, I have represented buyers and sellers on many historic home transactions. I find it a magical and fulfilling journey! I personally own a home in France, built in 1314, yes 709 years old! And an investment rental in Northport, Alabama built in 1933, a darling little bungalow.
