My wife and I were both born and raised in Western New York, and have happily raised our children here as well.  I maintain deep roots in this community and have a great affinity for the people, culture and lifestyle that it offers. With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction; 12 years of business ownership and management; followed by more than 12 years as a licensed real estate professional and associate broker, I bring a unique blend of community, construction and personal expertise to every transaction.
