Sandy hails from a third-generation legacy real estate family, and lives and breathes anything real estate related. She is a native Floridian and currently specializes in homes and condos on the Gulf Coast of Florida for residential and investment purposes. Work and life experience includes: sales and management for multi-family and 55+ complexes, single family rental management and sales, real estate as an investment vector, commercial land development, Class A, B and industrial property management, tenant representation, tenant build-out coordinator, mortgage broker, international distributor, graphic designer, photographer and, to round it out nicely, bartender and mobile DJ. Sandy is an avid beach volleyball player, reads voraciously, loves to garden but is not very good at it, demonstrates very little talent in the kitchen and parents with fluent sarcasm.
