Living in the North Shore area for over 2 decades, Pat knows the uniqueness of what is available for all generations. She and her husband raised their four children in Lake Bluff attending both public and private schools. Pat was very active as a parent representative for Lake Forest High School, Woodland’s Academy, Lake Bluff Schools and The School of St. Mary. Her assignments included everything from lunch or team mom to fundraising and President of the Lake Bluff PTO. Pat also is a member of the Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital Women’s Board which was instrumental in raising funds for the new state of the art hospital in Lake Forest. Because all four children were involved in sports, music, and community service throughout the Chicago area, Pat has a unique perspective of the many different neighborhoods and communities and can provide clients with relevant knowledge to make the best decision for their family. Prior to launching into her real estate career, Pat spent over a decade in the financial services business with Merrill Lynch. Her responsibilities included fee based money management services and corporate employee benefit plans. This experience allows Pat to provide a macro economic and micro economic viewpoint when it comes to buying and selling real estate. Pat’s business philosophy toward helping her client’s achieve their real estate objective is to offer the best practices of high tech and high touch. While there is no denying the impact of digital marketing and impressions, the real power is a boots on the ground effort for buyers and sellers.
