Hi, I’m Michelle Todd and I work with sellers, buyers and new construction. Helping people to find the home that fits their needs or sell their existing home is fun for me. I’m here to stand by your side during the process and be your advocate along the way. When you love what you do it doesn’t feel like work. I have earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) along with being a Realtor® and have a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from the University of Missouri – Columbia. I have over 35 years of negotiating contracts, sales, marketing and customer service experience which gives me the skills and confidence to negotiate for you in the real estate process.
