My husband and I came to the Thousand Islands area on vacation in 1995. We were discussing various locations that we might want to visit, when we came across some material promoting Bold Castle. Since we had never traveled to the Thousand Islands area of upstate NY we decided to make that our vacation destination. We fell in love with this historic charm of the area. The St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario kept drawing us back to Clayton and Cape Vincent. Two years later we decided to leave the Berkshires and head north; and we purchased a home on Lake Ontario in Cape Vincent, a quaint town where the St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario meet. This area is one of the few places where homes are still reasonably priced. My love of the area and love of historic homes led me to become a Realtor in 1999. In 2005 I decided to open my own office and now have a fantastic group of agents working with me. We are located in downtown Clayton home of the Clayton Opera House, the Antique Boat Museum and many other fine shops and restaurants. If you come to the area, please stop in, we would love to meet you!
