Olivia Martson
With more than 20 years of experience serving the Greater New Haven Area, I have established myself as a top-performing residential realtor. As a lifelong resident of New Haven, I possess extensive knowledge of the area and its unique offerings. Together with my husband, Sven Martson, a freelance photographer, I have resided in downtown New Haven for 35 years.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art from Southern Connecticut State University. When not working, I enjoy cycling, interior decorating, and traveling, particularly to destinations in Latin America.

Throughout my career in real estate, I have consistently been a top producer, specializing in urban living, historic homes, and unique properties. I offer expert guidance to home buyers, particularly those relocating to the New Haven area. My background in fine art and design enables me to assist clients in staging and presenting their homes for maximum market impact.

DiDi Strode
DiDi is an accomplished, full-time Realtor at Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D’Ostilio, consistently ranking as one of the top producers. As part of the Urban Team of Wareck D’Ostilio Real Estate, a partnership she shares with Olivia Martson, DiDi has been actively engaged in the real estate industry since 2003. Her passion for meeting new people, guiding and assisting clients in navigating complex transactions, and showcasing properties has been the driving force behind her success. DiDi’s hard work and dedication have been recognized with several awards, including the 5 Star Professional Realtor for six consecutive years, a distinction awarded based on both production and client feedback. In addition, DiDi holds the CRS (Certified Residential Realtor) designation, which is comparable to a master’s degree in real estate.

Before transitioning to real estate, DiDi was a competitive market analyst for the Verizon Customer Team at Lucent Technologies. She completed her MBA from the University of New Haven and her undergraduate studies at UConn. Beyond her work in real estate, DiDi is the Board President of the Montessori School on Edgewood, an early childcare facility that caters to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in the New Haven Community. She is also a member of the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Club’s New Haven Club. DiDi enjoys walking, exercising outdoors and is a self-proclaimed foodie in her free time. She is proud of her daughter, Taylor Strode, VP, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at MSCI, a New York City-based firm.
