Jennifer Vaughan joined Ansley Real Estate Christie’s International in September serving the Lake Oconee and surrounding area. Vaughan received her real estate license in May of 2020 and since that time she has personally been responsible for over $70 million in sales and has helped more than 70 families with their real estate needs.

She was named the LCBOR Rookie of the Year in 2020 with $10 million in sales volume. In 2021 she was named Top Industry Newcomer for Modern Interiors Magazine in the Southeast with a record-breaking year of $22 million in sales. In 2022, she was named to the Marquis Who’s Who List and successfully completed over $30 million in sales volume.

Jennifer and her husband Larry live in Reynolds Lake Oconee with their three sons, Matthew (14), Jordan (12) and Brandon (9). The boys all attend Lake Oconee Academy and Vaughan has been an active volunteer at the school throughout the years and currently serves on the LOA Board of Governors as Treasurer. The family has owned property on Lake Oconee since 2001. They relocated to Georgia from the Midwest in 2010.

The Lake Oconee area is the perfect place to raise a family, own a business, build relationships and actively retire.

Before moving to Lake Oconee, Vaughan had a successful sales career in the technology industry for 15 years. She was consistently a top producer and won many awards during her career. Through her sales career in technology, she had access to the best sales training and technology available. Transferring that experience to real estate meant a high level of professionalism and offering phenomenal communication, marketing and negotiating skills to her clients.

As a resident of Reynolds Lake Oconee and a member of Cuscowilla, she possesses extensive local knowledge about real estate at Lake Oconee and the surrounding area.
