Ken Hoffman

About Ken Hoffman

Ken is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he received his BA in Accounting; Vanderbilt University School of Law and the Medical University of South Carolina, where he received his MHA. Ken worked for a financial institution in South Florida and also practiced primarily real estate and banking law for 25 years. Ken is a native of Nashville, TN. He and his wife, Linda moved to Miami in 1970 and resided there until moving to her hometown, Beaufort, in 1996. Ken taught business courses in Beaufort for 17 years and also obtained his real estate broker’s license. Although he has only resided in the lowcountry for 23 years, Ken’s experience in lowcountry real estate is much longer. As the executive supervising loan purchases for a financial institution, Ken was involved in the creation of a lowcountry residential loan portfolio that was one of the largest in Beaufort County. Ken has witnessed the development of most of the communities in Beaufort County since their inception.
