Prior to her career in real estate, Heather spent thirteen years in corporate HR, giving her powerful insight into the complex and emotional experience of individuals’ needs and priorities weaved into day-to-day life. Heather graduated from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business in 2003, as did her husband, Robert.

Heather and Robert are raising their daughters in Ridgefield, a community they know, love and are deeply entrenched within. Robert and Heather own Tutoring Club and Heather sits on the Board of Ridgefield A Better Chance (RABC). You can find the Salaga family out and about the surrounding area, indulging at any of the outstanding local eateries, participating in PTA and school happenings, and endless community events. When calendars allow, Heather loves vacationing with her family, especially their ‘home away from home’, Disney World.
