A realtor since 2007, I was recruited by William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty as one of six agents who launched the Berkshire County Brokerage in 2013. We have been #1 in market share since 2017, and I am one of the county’s top-selling realtors. I specialize in architecturally distinctive and luxury properties, and in second-home sales in the Berkshires. I also have an affiliation with the Upper East Side Brokerage in New York City, and serve the Manhattan market. Prior to becoming a realtor, I had a 30-year career in architectural journalism and in marketing, so I am adept at presenting my listings to their best advantage and at helping buyers evaluate the homes they are seeing. In my past career, I penned numerous magazine articles about historic homes, and authored three books about historic architecture.
