Elizabeth Peters, a licensed real estate salesperson, joined Heather Croner Real Estate Sotheby's International Realty in March 2015 and serves clients throughout the Hudson Valley. Elizabeth has lived in the area for more than 12 years and specializes in finding country properties that have ideal access to New York City. In addition to her love of art and architecture, she is a certified yoga and Gyrotonic exercise instructor and an avid outdoorswoman and gardener. She has worked as a professional artist for more than 20 years, primarily sculpting clay and metal. She brings her background as a professional artist and designer to help buyers envision how spaces can be transformed and utilized, both aesthetically and functionally. She comes from a family of Boston architects and as a result has experience buying, renovating and selling property. She studied painting, photography and sculpture at the Studio Art Center International in Italy and the United Kingdom. Elizabeth earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in 1993 at Tufts University, Medford, Massachusetts, and a master of arts degree at the State University of New York at New Paltz in 2010.
