Dona Federico, founder of The Dona Frank Team, earned her real estate sales license in 2006 and immediately embarked on what has proven to be a successful and fruitful career. In 2017 Dona created The Dona Frank Team and now brings with her over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. Dona and her team focus on sales in the Capital Region areas, vacation sales, and second home purchase markets and she keeps her eyes and hands on every transaction and listing. Dona is a Certified Marketing Director (CMD) and former executive senior manager of a New York-based media outlet. As a result, Dona has hundreds of contacts and years of sales experience to share. The DFT seamlessly blends business and financial expertise with dedication to real estate sales with the back-up of administrative and marketing assistants that ensure the prioritization of each client. ­­They acutely understand and implement marketing and social media strategies to fully engage with all available opportunities.
