Cindy Welch, LandVest’s Berkshires broker, describes herself as “passionate about real estate”. For over 20 years she has been involved with buying and selling, renovations, spec house building, land development and subdivision creation. For a decade she served as a co-founder of Tucker Welch Properties, a successful local real estate business, before joining LandVest. According to Cindy, “LandVest offered me the opportunity to focus exclusively on properties I most enjoy representing- the unique, the historic, the large land parcels and high end”. Cindy is licensed in MA, NY, CT and NC.
