Carol has been a resident of the Wellsboro area for more than 40 years. She has raised my family here in the Tioga County area and now has 5 grandchildren and they all live in Tioga County, PA.  Carol and her husband are active motorcycle riders and enjoy the trips that they take to all parts of the country whether local or long distance.
