About Bruce Morris

After receiving my bachelors and masters degrees from Virginia Tech, I taught several courses at VT and led Cooperative Extension programs throughout Southwest Virginia. I started my real estate career in college, and furthered my knowledge of real estate by starting and operating a residential construction and remodeling business. I’ve been purchasing and remodeling homes in the NRV for rental or selling purposes since 2010 and in 2017 started a local real estate investing group. I like new challenges and am not afraid to work hard for others by using my construction knowledge along with my real estate and business acumen to serve buyers and sellers in the local market. I want to meet new people and network with investors, but most of all, I want to provide value for others, whether it is locating homes for first time home buyers or for helping someone look for investment properties.
