About Jill Pluim

For almost 30 years, Jill Pluim has been selling real estate in the Orange City area. She and her husband, Dale, are both brokers and the owners of Realty Associates and Dale is owner of Pluim Publishing, Inc , are native Orange Citians. Jill attended Northwestern College and has lived in Orange City her entire life while raising a family. Over the years, Dale and Jill built a new construction home as well as three new 4-plex rental units along with many rental properties over the years. Jill and Dale have 3 children, all of which live in Orange City. We have 4 adorable grandkids, which I would love to fill this space with all of their fun photos

Jill is active in the community and has served on many different boards and committees. Jill is also an active member in her church. If she is not working she can be found spending time with her grandkids or cheering on the Red Raiders or the Iowa Hawkeyes.
