About Penn French

Penn brings to his real estate practice a consultative approach from his career in strategic planning and marketing, where he worked closely with C-suite executives of Fortune 500 companies to re-position and revitalize their brands for success. He is passionate about applying these same principles to successfully position and market each of his clients’ properties, so they stand out in a distinctive way. Given his love of history, he has been particularly enthusiastic about helping clients buy and sell historic homes in the western suburbs of Chicago. He is Chair of the Historic Preservation Commission in his hometown of Glen Ellyn to help protect and preserve architecturally significant homes and strives to be a resource to homeowners wanting to restore and remodel their historic homes. Penn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
