About Mike Kuligowski

Mike has been involved in real estate for just over 20 years, helping to flip houses with his dad as a teenager. Now, Mike works full-time to help clients sell and find their dream home. Having a background in real estate investing gives him a deeper perspective for his clients looking to maximize value when selling. These experiences also help him see an opportunity in his client’s buying a home that may need some minor work. 

Mike grew up in Macomb County and has 4 siblings. As a child, he played baseball and football, and continues to be an avide fan of Michigan Football and athletics. His hobbies include following Premier League soccer, collecting rare and sought after Lego sets, and Swiss watches. Mike resides in Grosse Pointe Farms with his wife Meghan and their sons Mason and Matthew. He graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor’s in Finance and received his MBA in Finance from Walsh College in Troy. While working corporate sales jobs in automotive and financial services, he was always drawn to real estate investing and remodeling his own properties. Naturally, real estate has always been part of his adult life. 

Mike specializes in seeing potential in properties that others miss. When helping clients purchase, this means seeing opportunities in getting value in a property at a discounted price. When helping sellers, he believes in telling a story through photos and video to let the public see the true value in his listings. 

Mike is the Office Manager for Signature Sotheby’s International Realty in Grosse Pointe.
