Kathleen’s 24 years of real estate experience with well over 100 million dollars in successfully negotiated transactions includes commercial and residential sales and leasing. Kathleen has also successfully appealed real estate tax assessments at the highest level of appeal in Montgomery County and Washington D.C. Her real estate experience has included transactions in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. She has utilized expert negotiation skills when dealing with multiple contract offers and complex deals. Her experience includes selling: Historic Properties, Commercial Buildings, Investment Properties, Single Family Homes, Land, and Estate Sales.
