Real estate runs in my family, so I got into real estate at a young age flipping houses in Los Angeles and San Diego and working in the family real estate investing business doing marketing, raising capital, and managing projects. Over the years I’ve had experience with many different assets and financial instruments. I’ve dealt with everything from portfolios of low-value REOs, Non-performing loans, and owner finance mortgages in the Midwest to underwriting 15-50MM multifamily value add plays for private equity firms. I’ve transacted business in more than a dozen states and held real estate licenses in Hawaii, Utah, and California. However, my most extensive and rewarding experience has been servicing clients in Utah and California luxury markets. I’ve worked hard and learned the skills to become an expert in my field and am proud to provide the very best value and service to my clients. In doing so I have earned the CLHMS designation and title of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist from The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. I have also been awarded the prestigious GUILD recognition by the institute for “demonstrating exceptional knowledge, experience, and expertise in the million-dollar and above market”. One of my achievements to earn this recognition was selling two homes above a million dollars, both under contract with full-price offers within 24 hours each and within 90 days of each other. One of these homes I had purchased less than 6 months prior for $745,000 and spent $150,000 improving, the other had been listed for 6 of the prior 8 weeks with another brokerage and had only received one offer for $128,000 less.
