Jessica Rasmussen is a REALTOR® with over 20 years of professional experience. Prior to real estate, Jessica had an extensive career in event planning and project management. In 2016 she transitioned from being the Events Manager for the highly regarded, Crain’s Cleveland Business to a full-time agent with Howard Hanna. Jessica leverages her vast experience to help her clients navigage the buying and selling process, as well as negotiate the best deals. She has a BA in Journalism with a specialization in Advertising Management from the Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. She enjoys working with her sellers to create strategic marketing plans that get them the best ROI. She also brings to the table a unique perspective having lived in both the Cleveland, Ohio urban market, as well as Hudson, Ohio where she is currently a resident.
