About Edna Murfy
I admire the architecture of old houses and love to write about it. When I was little, I imagined that I would live in a beautiful house with a bright facade and a vast lawn, but then there were other times. Our family history is similar to that of the characters in Lorraine Hansberry’s ”A Raisin in the Sun”, who faced housing discrimination in an all-white neighborhood. However, my parents could still cope with the pressure of the public and achieved life in the house of their dreams. Now, when I’m helping my daughter write an essay on social inequality, I can say it’s over. And I continue to write beautiful stories about houses and help people find their own nests, so please contact me.
