About David Ayers

David brings an enormously varied set of skills from his background in the arts, sales and marketing to lead luxury real estate with The Young Team. After graduating from Northwestern University in Chicago, David moved directly to New York City to pursue a career in theater. He was very fortunate and began working as an actor immediately starring in many Broadway shows as well as guest starring in major television programs. After years of pursuing and realizing his childhood dream, David met his wife and decided to utilize his minor in business and transition to sales. Working at a high volume sales company, David quickly developed his talents in negotiation and rose to the top of the firm, consistently grossing the highest dollar amount company-wide. In addition to his impressive sales background, David furthered his business endeavors by co-founding and serving as Executive Director of a 501(c)3 non-profit working with at-risk youth in the arts. Here, David forged his business acumen by running his own charity, growing it into one of the largest of its kind in the state. Real estate and architecture has always been a passion, and after nearly ten years at the top of his field selling luxury properties in Manhattan, David is thrilled to bring his wife and son back home to Ohio.
