Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, Dan has a deep appreciation for local history and a strong commitment to helping his clients navigate the many phases of a real estate transaction. Dan spent five years at Coldwell Banker Advisor Realty becoming an Associate Broker, was previously recognized as “Most Valuable Rookie” by the Columbia-Greene Board of Realtors and has been named one of Columbia County’s “40 Under Forty Business People, 2023.” He is the museum curator for the Hudson Valley Old Time Power Association and an active local volunteer.
