About Adam Sanregret
Adam Sanregret is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati and has been a real estate agent since 2003. Adam has bought and restored investment properties and two of his own homes in Cincinnati—a Queen Anne Victorian in the historic Rose Hill Subdivision of North Avondale and an Arts & Crafts home in the historic neighborhood of Westwood. He is currently beginning work on a third home—a Second Empire home in the historic neighborhood of Camp Washington. Adam is active in the historic preservation community and his restoration work has been featured on local home tours and in the media. He has received an award by the Cincinnati Preservation Association for his work, was featured on HGTV’s House Hunters, and has even been called a “serial house restorer” by the Cincinnati Business Courier. In addition to his real estate business, Adam owns and manages his own residential rental properties, which has contributed to his unique experience as a real estate agent. He is rated in the top 3% of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors and received 10 consecutive Circle of Excellence Awards from the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors to date. In 2012, Adam founded the real estate team, Cincinnati Historic Homes, which offers unparalleled real estate services to the Cincinnati and northern Kentucky markets and specializes in selling historic properties.
