About Ann Meekins

With over 35 years’ experience in real estate sales and development in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula, Ann knows the area, what’s available and what’s on the drawing board.

Ann began her career in commercial real estate in 1985.  In 1992 she moved into the residential markets. In 2006 Ann decided to open her own real estate firm and hasn’t looked back.  Ann might be most well known for her unique approach to location, location, location.  All of her listings show potential buyers where  properties are located through photographs she takes from an airplane. Utilizing her love of flying and photography she is able to bring home the complexities of buying on the water and what location really means.
