The house has lots of history. How could it not? Built in 1908, its original owner was Lars Olaf Jaderborg, who commissioned the Palmquist Brothers to build it. Mr Jaderborg was a retired farmer from Enterprise Kansas. He built the house on an raised lot, within walking distance of Bethany College. The largeoak tress was planted by Mrs. Jaderborg. Years later, their son, Thure Jaderborg lived in the house with his wife and four sons. Thure was a voice professor at Bethany College.
